I'm Chloe, I am a strength coach, mum, and your slightly obsessive hype girl.
Like most women, I started my fitness journey thinking I needed to be smaller. I spent years doing endless cardio, eating as little as possible, and trying to shrink myself.
Then I had kids.
Everything changed. My body changed. My priorities changed. And somewhere along the way, I discovered strength training.
Not the kind of training where you're trying to look a certain way for Instagram. The kind where you actually get stronger. Where you build muscle, lift heavier, and genuinely enjoy training.
I realized I didn't want to be smaller. I wanted to be strong. Confident. Capable. I wanted to have energy for my kids. To feel good in my body. To eat food I actually enjoyed without guilt or restriction.
I know what it feels like to juggle school runs, house chaos, work deadlines and still want something that's yours.
And I also know what it feels like to be intimidated by the weights area, or to think “I'll start when life calms down”. Life doesn't calm down. So we build strength around it.
That's what I help women do now.
No 6-day workout plans. No cutting out carbs. No trying to survive on salad and sadness.
Just realistic, sustainable strength training and nutrition that fits around your actual life.
